Hygiene rules and conduct (COVID)

The Federal Office of Public Health recommends simple measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

Wearing a mask is compulsory on public transport in the ski resort as well as on the entire ski area including lifts, outside and inside queues.

Disinfectant is available in stations, sales points and restaurants.

With the implementation of its actions, we have obtained the "Clean & Safe" label in collaboration with Switzerland Tourism.

Priority to passes purchased online and in advance for the period between December 25th and January 11th. (Season and annual passes as well as the Carte Club and the Valais Ski Card are not concerned)

As far as this winter is concerned, we are making every effort to open our ski area "normally" while guaranteeing the health of our customers and employees. We will of course follow the directives issued by the Authorities.

To this end, we have already adapted our General Terms and Conditions of Sale to include a "pandemic" clause offering a refund to the client if they are unable to come skiing because of Covid-19 (confinement to Switzerland or the client's country of origin, closure of leisure facilities, quarantine imposed by Switzerland on arrival in the country or quarantine imposed by the client's country on return, not allowing them to travel reasonably).
